Inattention and hyperactivity commonly occurs in elementary-aged children and can have many causes. Among the most common causes are lack of proper sleep, too much screen time, lack of exercise, and a poor diet. We suggest you first read the handout, Help! My Child Can’t Concentrate, then if changes in lifestyle do not produce results, call our office for an evaluation.
